We place great emphasis on the training of all our staff, and having a customer built Training Academy situated within the Company Head Office allows us to deliver high quality, effective and consistent training, with the flexibility to meet both the business's and customers' requirements. Our in-house trainers are able to deliver Basic Job Training, Conflict Management, CCTV and First Aid courses along with bespoke training tailored to the specific requirements of our customers; for example, Management Training and Risk Assessment.

In addition, the Training Academy has proved to be of great benefit to our customers directly. Utilising the skills and industry knowledge of our trainers, we are able to write and deliver bespoke training courses to our customers and their staff.
